Students will consolidate skills in critical thought and autonomous practice through clinical leadership principles that guide decision making and registered accountability in practice environments caring for individuals from birth to death. The formation of professional identity is explored relative to scope of practice, life-long learning and the care and decision making practices of the registered nurse in the health care environment.
