Overview

As we embrace the technological leaps and opportunities that 鈥淚ndustry 4.0鈥 offers, it remains critical that we also build our skills as reflective sense-makers, innovators, collaborators, and creative problem solvers modern organisations need. Organisations are making the best decisions possible as they balance competing agendas and manage finite resources. Enterprise skills such as teamwork, communication and conflict resolution, creative intelligence, and complex problem solving are critical to organisational success. As professionals, we must exploit our strengths and explore opportunities for growth by embracing a variety of experiences. Our personal capabilities cross cultural, geographic, and industry boundaries and connect us in pursuit of organisational goals.

In this Capstone course, we will leverage the personal capabilities that we have developed over this program of study to drive an organisation forward. We will display skills and competencies in emotional intelligence, ethical business practices, collaboration in teams, communication and conflict resolution, problem solving, and creativity to resolve an organisational issue or exploit a new opportunity. We will build on the suite of skills and experiences you have gained throughout the program and work in consultative teams to add value to an organisation via a real world project.

At the culmination of the project, you will engage in reflective practice to develop your personal value proposition (PVP) in your student portfolio as you move into the next phase of your career post-graduation.
