Overview
Major Broadcast Project is a capstone course that allows a student to give due emphasis to key skills with a view to increase employability or advancing to post graduate study. This will be achieved by undertaking an individually directed project that will be supported by three to four key goals that will drive the overall semester work.
The student will work on, and deliver, an actual project, and support the work by evidence of planning, implementing and delivering the project. Further the student will support the work with evidence of research, analysis and key findings. This will include video and audio based work in the broadcast domain.
Students may take the option to undertake a work placement or internship but will also need to provide the written documentation to support this work. This is a capstone course bringing together the skills and knowledge developed over the past two and half years.
