UniSQ Project Partnerships
What is a Project Partnership?
Project Partnership at UniSQ is a collaborative initiative where one to two staff members and two paid students work together to deliver a project.
The essence of this partnership is genuine collaboration, with no predefined goals or outcomes. Instead, Project Partnerships are developed with both students and staff from the start.
There are two streams that a Project Partnership must fit within:
-
Student experience: projects enhancing UniSQ students' academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular experiences.
-
Learning and teaching: projects enhancing curriculum content, design, and delivery.
Academic Integrity Project Partnership
The Academic Integrity Project Partnership was initiated to foster collaboration with students in building a strong university integrity culture. The aim was to create targeted resources and generate innovative ideas, leveraging the unique perspectives and contributions of students.
Deliverable: The students and staff of the project partnership produced 7 pdf flyers and 1 video, a chatbot prototype and a new webpage to house them: Academic Integrity Amplified | UniSQ
Both Students and Staff can propose a Project Partnership.

Provide any eligibility criteria, such as undergraduate status, gender, GPA of 4.0+, etc.
-
Please Note: The recruitment process involves:
-
Two weeks for advertising
-
One week to screen applications

One week for your team to select participants
Students:
-
Please send us an overview of a problem you are solving, or an initiative you would like to bring to life
-
Confirm which Project Partnership stream this project will fall within (student experience or learning and teaching)
-
Send us a short (60 words or less) promotional spiel for advertising and we will connect you with a staff member (unless you have already sourced a staff member who is eager to join – let us know!)
Remember: For a genuine partnership, the project should not have any predefined goals, objectives, or outcomes. These should be developed collaboratively with the students from the start. While an initial idea of the project is necessary for recruitment, it should remain flexible.
