Program focus

The program aims to produce graduates who have developed strong interdisciplinary knowledge-bases in both psychology and business. This program offers students the opportunity to complete introductory and advanced-level courses in both psychology and human resource management, with the principal focus upon the role of psychology in business. The main benefit of this combination is that it strengthens students’ appreciation of the connections between psychological principles and the management of human resources.
