#First year Psychology will be offered by mixed mode with four non-Psychology courses offered on-campus at Fraser Coast, and four Psychology courses in the external mode.
+Please note: Fraser Coast campus students can only study first year Bachelor of Science (Biology), Bachelor of Science (Environment and Sustainability) or Bachelor of Science (Human Physiology) at the Fraser Coast campus. Students undertaking the Bachelor of Science (Biology) will then need to transfer to the Toowoomba campus to complete their studies. Students undertaking the Bachelor of Science (Environment and Sustainability) can relocate to Toowoomba to complete their studies or continue in external mode with the option of taking 2nd and 3rd year electives in on-campus mode at Fraser Coast. Students undertaking the Bachelor of Science (Human Physiology) can relocate to Toowoomba to complete their studies, or continue in external mode with the option of taking 2nd and 3rd year electives in on-campus mode at Fraser Coast and relocating to Toowoomba to undertake BIO3333 in their final semester. This program is only available for the Semester 1 intake at the Fraser Coast campus. Semester 2 intake is only applicable to students studying at the Toowoomba campus.

Professional accreditation

The Information Technology major of this program is accredited at professional level by the and, through the Seoul Accord, is recognised in other countries.

The Bachelor of Science (Psychology) major is fully accredited by the as a three-year sequence of study.

The 8 unit Counselling major in the Bachelor of Science (BSCI) is not accredited externally. Students wishing to graduate with accreditation from the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) should enrol in the BHMS Bachelor of Human Services (Counselling). The Bachelor of Science (Counselling) will contribute towards PACFA eligibility: if students attend the voluntary residential schools within the Bachelor of Science Counselling major, their attendance will be recorded so their attendance will meet a proportion of the required number of hours of face-to-face instruction/tuition for eligibility to join a PACFA affiliate upon graduation. Students not attending the residential school will not accrue any hours toward eligibility to join a PACFA affiliate upon graduation.
