Program aims

The program is designed to produce graduates with complementary skills and knowledge in Science and Business who are capable of making sound business decisions while practising professionally in their chosen scientific field. Graduates will meet the aims and objectives of both the Bachelor of Science and the Bachelor of Business programs.

Admission requirements

Applicants for admission to the program must have satisfied the admission requirements for both the Bachelor of Science and the Bachelor of Business.

Domestic and International Applicants from a non-English speaking background are required to satisfy .

If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a ¾«¶«´«Ã½app-approved . On successful completion of the English language program, Applicants may be admitted to an Award Program.

Commonwealth supported place

IT requirements

Students should visit the USQ to check that their computers are capable of running the appropriate software and versions of Internet web browsers and to check the minimum and recommended standards for software.

The program is offered jointly by the Faculty of Health, Engineering and Sciences and the Faculty of Business, Education, Law and Arts but is administered by the Faculty of Health, Engineering and Sciences.

Recommended enrolment pattern

Students are able to enrol in any offered mode of a course (on-campus, external or online), regardless of the program mode of study they enrolled in.

Upon accepting a place in the program, students would have informed the Faculty of Health, Engineering and Sciences of the majors they wished to study. In collaboration with appropriate academic staff, a suitable enrolment pattern for individual students would have been constructed (subject to timetabling constraints), students would have been informed of this pattern and enrolled in courses according to this pattern.
