Overview

  • Take the lead on future construction builds with UniSQ’s Master of Construction Management. 
  • This degree is designed to equip professionals holding overseas qualifications in any construction-related field with the appropriate skills needed to pursue a career in the Australian construction and building industries.
  • You’ll develop comprehensive and practical knowledge of Australian construction codes and practices and gain the skills to oversee all phases of the building process, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget.
  • Enhance your knowledge with digital construction technologies and using industry software applications to create and manage building project information throughout the design, construction, and operation phases.
  • Learn sustainable development principles in this construction management master’s degree by appraising ethical practices, cultural awareness, as well as legal and social risks through positive engagement with the community and stakeholders nationally and globally.
  • A research project equips you with research skills and allows you to advance in your chosen disciplinary application area.

Further study

Upon successful completion of the Master of Construction Management, you have the opportunity to apply for the Master of Research or PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) to further your research skills.

Entry requirements

  • An approved bachelor's degree (AQF Level 7), or equivalent, in architecture, building, construction management, built environment, quantity surveying, civil/structural engineering. 

English language requirements

You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements and this degree requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a 精东传媒app-approved English language program.

Recognition of prior learning or work experience

If you have previously studied in your home country, you may be eligible for recognition of prior learning to reduce the number of courses that you need to study to finish your program.
