For events to be displayed on the UniSQ events calendar, certain criteria must be met:
- event is run or sponsored by UniSQ, UniSQ partner organisations, or UniSQ has a prominent involvement or presence at the event.
- event RSVP date is more than 5 working days away.
- only one Chapter or organisation event is submitted per week.
- following event submission, allow two working days for the event to be published.
If the event is cancelled or details change, please inform the Alumni team as soon as possible at alumni@unisq.edu.au. The listing will not be deleted, but updated to reflect the change i.e. new listing would state ‘UniSQ Kansai Alumni Chapter Reunion postponed’.
Please ensure the details relating to the event are correct; UniSQ is not responsible for publishing incorrect details.
