Overview
Whether you are new to management or an "old hand" at it, leading teams can be as challenging as it is rewarding. As the composition of recruitment pools, workplaces, markets and clients change, leaders need to factor in, celebrate and capitalise on the diversity in their workforce
This minicourse will help leaders build and enhance their team's capacity, as well as identify challenges and optimise diversity to create an inclusive and effective team. Students will learn about diversity of thought, team dynamics and leadership theories.

Course learning outcomes
On successful completion of this course students should be able to:
