Overview

Flatter corporate structures allow the people with the most appropriate expertise to be involved in decision-making. In this dynamic environment, leadership of teams may need to change and shift according to the context and situation. Now more than ever, change is a constant and there is a need for collective problem-solving and creativity which is most likely to occur in high-trust environments facilitated by less traditional team leadership approaches.

The intent of this minicourse is to build and or enhance team leadership capability through further developing or renewing leaders' knowledge and skills. The course work aims to build and/or enhance team leadership capability in relation to some of the more contemporary leadership approaches which empower and inspire team members' creativity and innovation.
