Overview

The management of the projects deals with the development and implementation of business processes to accommodate the business needs and requirements. Students entering the IS/ICT (Information Systems/Information Communication Technologies) project management domain should be able to apply and review evolving project management methodologies and frameworks, taking into consideration new technologies, tools, techniques, personnel and the implications associated with new projects. This course enables students to successfully manage IS/ICT projects based on the context of the project plan-driven approaches.
