Overview
Leaders in all organisations face challenges, whether from external forces such as political, social and market forces or from internal factors such as workforce composition, competing projects or company restructures. One challenge, Impostor Syndrome, is even more internal because it comes from within the leader鈥檚 mindset.
In this course, students will learn more about Imposter Syndrome, use this knowledge to explore their personal leadership mindset and behaviours, and plan strategies to redress imposter tendencies.

Course learning outcomes
On successful completion of this course students should be able to:
- communicate change and transformation of professional practice drawing on knowledge and understanding of effective leadership skills and behaviours (MGT8038 LO4);
- demonstrate autonomy and judgement through acting on critical reflection of effective practice and integrity. (MGT8037 LO2).
