Synopsis

This course will encourage students to investigate current aviation industry issues through the lenses of safety, efficiency and sustainability. Students will work individually and in small teams to research and develop well-considered responses to the various challenges facing the industry. Due to its contemporary nature, by definition, this course will be dynamic and therefore the content will be informed by real-time issues. The course will place students in the role of manager in their future working environment, giving them experience in the appraisal and analysis of both tactical and strategic issues in order to develop appropriate solutions.
