Overview

Successful leaders of the future need to be able to operate at a strategic level, integrating all aspects of the business along with their personal characteristics and attributes. Achieving this focus requires a transformational approach to learning and capability development. In this capstone experience, students are provided with the agency to dream big, free from constraints of geography and resources, and to apply with confidence the skills and knowledge they have learned through the program.

As a capstone course, you will have the opportunity to apply and integrate the knowledge and skills you have developed through the program to a real-world problem that may be local or global in nature. In doing so you will be encouraged to reflect on and leverage your personal transformation from operational to strategic thinking. This course will require you to demonstrate research and analytical skills to create a strategic response to a problem that shows the ability to integrate all facets of the organisation and balance issues of risk and governance with quality and growth.
