Religious Education (Primary and Early Childhood) - Cross-institutional study through Australian Lutheran College and Australian Catholic 精东传媒app

Students are able to enrol in any offered mode of a course (on-campus, external or online), regardless of the program mode of study they enrolled in.

This minor is only available to students who are studying the Bachelor of Education.
When teaching in the Catholic or Lutheran sectors they normally require their teaching staff to have completed 4 courses in Religious Studies. Completing 4 - 6 courses in this area will provide you with a minor Teaching Area and prepare you to teach general religious education in the sector but will not prepare you to teach the Year 11 鈥� 12 subject Studies of Religion. Courses can be taken via cross-institutional study at Australian Catholic 精东传媒app and Australian Lutheran College.

Studies are available on a cross-institutional basis from Australian Lutheran College (ALC) for students wishing to teach in Lutheran schools. Application can be made by completing the Single subject or cross-institutional enrolment form. Queries about enrolment at ALC can be directed to set@alc.edu.au or Freecall 1800 625 193. Studies are available on a cross-institutional basis from Australian Catholic 精东传媒app (ACU). Apply online for cross-institutional study or contact the student centre on +61 7 3623 7136 there will be an XH form that has to be completed and then approved by the Faculty of Business, Education, Law and Arts at USQ. Email usq.support@usq.edu.au prior to forwarding it to ACU. Students wishing to teach in Catholic primary schools, where all primary teachers must be able to teach RE, teachers complete additional study either through their undergraduate program or within the first two years of employment.
