Counselling is usually short-term and focused on the issues impacting your study and wellbeing. You can access UniSQ counselling services, online, face to face and over the phone. You may be referred to appropriate practitioners off-campus if long-term counselling or specialist services are required.
You may want to use our counselling service and other, useful self-help resources to enhance your wellbeing, and to:

- coping with distressing situations or crises
- overcome difficulties, discuss self care and

If you are unwell and your health is affecting your studies contact your GP to obtain a medical certificate which you will need in order to apply for assignment extensions, deferring exams and/or registering for UniSQ disability support.
