The Mandatory Text(s) for the course will already be added to the Reading List when it becomes available. 

To add or edit additional resources:

1. select 'add items' and choose 'Library Search'
2. enter the title or keywords in the search field
3. select the relevant title from the results
4. select the Reading List section the resource will be added to and select 'Add'

If the title is not held by UniSQ Library:

1. select 'Add Items' and choose 'Blank Form'
2. add item details and complete compulsory fields
3. paste the URL of the item into the 'Source' field or upload a file
4. select which Reading List section the resource will be added to and select 'Add'

To edit an item:

1. select the ellipsis to the right of the title and select 'Edit Item'
2. make the necessary changes and select 'Save'

Course Readings allows course examiners to add staff associated with the course to the reading list to help with engagement and list management. 

To manage collaborative staff in your list:

1. Click on the 'Collaborators button' (on the top right of your reading list) and select the drop-down arrow
2. Choose 'Manage collaborators', this will show the current collaborators and give you the option to 'Add new collaborators'
3. Under 'Invite new collaborators', enter their name or email address, select collaborator then click 'Send Invitation'.

Citations need to be sent to the Library for processing. A citations will show a different status for each workflow stage. 

Support and training to work with the course readings system are available for academic staff.
